Gridpro WebFront for Service Manager is a Web console for managing work in System Center Service Manager 2010/2012. It enables common tasks that are only accessible by using the full Service Manager console to be accessible via a Web browser. For each supported work item there is a rich form used to create and manage existing objects. WebFront has forms for several Configuration Items including Computers, Users, Services and Knowledge Articles.
